Start by applying a thin veil of Daily Nutrition Facial Treatment Oil to clean skin of the face, neck, and decollete. For a supercharged treatment, make sure you apply your favorite night serums prior to applying the oil.

Using our Amethyst Face Roller, starting at the neck, roll downwards towards to collar bone. Then move from the lower half of each side of the face, rolling upwards and outwards to the ear. Then roll from the center of the forehead outwards and down towards each ear. This promotes healthy lymphatic drainage, detoxes skin, boosts skin glow, and helps us destress. Enjoy!
